- Minimum chargeable weight will be 5kg & 10 kg for Air & Surface Cargo respectively.
- Odd dimensional shipments and shipments for out of delivery area will attract extra delivery charges.
- Shipment with Invoice value of Rs.5000 and above must be Insured by the shipper. Third party insurance facility will be available on payment of 2% of the invoice value.
- Incidental charges, special Airport charges, and other government taxes and duties (if any) will be charged extra wherever applicable.
- Metros: Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad & Ahmadabad
- Rest of India: Exclude Metros and Special Destination Location
- Goods and Service tax (GST), and Fuel surcharge will be charged extra.
- Special Destination*: Andaman Nicobar, North Easters State, Jammu & Kashmir, Agartala, Tripura.
